On August 20, 2013 at approximately 10:20 PM, as a result of an ongoing drug investigation, K.P.D. Vice Detectives, assisted by the K.P.D. S.W.A.T. Team, executed a search warrant at 330 Clinch Street. All structures located at this address, as well as the person of Curt Coleman, where named on the search warrant. While the S.W.A.T. Detectives ordered Mr. Coleman to raise his hands and lie down on the ground. He complied and was handcuffed without incident. The cigar wrapper contained brown leaf material consistent with tobacco; however, it also appeared to have been laced with a white rock substance that appeared to be crack cocaine.
