Gateway Commission

Regular Meetings:

The Gateway Commission meets on the Friday following the Kingsport Regional Planning Commissions regular meeting. Meetings are held at 10:00 AM in Conference Room 226 on the 2^nd floor of City Hall. Any changes will be announced in advance. You can confirm meeting details by calling the office at (423) 229-9485.

Application Fee:

There is a $50.00 application fee due at the time the application is submitted. Additionally, a $7.00 technology fee will be applied to all projects.

Submission Deadline:

All items or applications for consideration by the Historic Zoning Commission must be submitted by the 15^th of the month prior to the meeting at which the item will be heard.
