Gateway Commission: Regular Meetings are held the Friday after Kingsport Regional Planning Commission’s regular meeting. Meetings are at 10:00am and held in Conference Room 226 on the 2nd floor at City Hall. Contact the Planning Department at (423) 229-9485 for meeting confirmation.
Application Fee: There is an application fee of $50.00 that must be submitted with the application. Also, a technology fee of $7.00 will be applied to all projects
Deadline: All items/applications to be considered by the Gateway Commission need to be submitted by the 15th of the month, prior to the next upcoming meeting.
