Regular Meeting:
The Gateway Commission meets on the Friday following the Kingsport Regional Planning Commission’s regular meeting. Meetings are held at 10:00 AM in Conference Room 226 on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Meeting details can be confirmed by calling the Planning Department at (423) 229-9485.

Submission Deadline:
All items or applications for consideration by the Gateway Commission must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the month of the meeting that the item will be heard.
