Historic Zoning Commission

Regular Meetings:

The Historic Zoning Commission meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 1:30 PM in Conference Room 226 on the 2^nd floor of City Hall. Any changes will be announced in advance. You can confirm meeting details by calling the office at (423) 229-9485.

Application Fee:

There is a $50.00 application fee due at the time the application is submitted. Additionally, a $7.00 technology fee will be applied to all projects.

Submission Deadline:

All items or applications for consideration by the Historic Zoning Commission must be submitted by the 15^th of the month prior to the meeting at which the item will be heard.
