The people behind the service.
Many times, the people behind the city services do their job to the best of their ability but don’t seek recognition. The City of Kingsport is continuing the series, titled Highlighting Heroes, and will feature an employee from one of the many different service departments.
The individuals chosen to be a part of this campaign will share their story. You’ll be able to find their story and photo on the city’s weekly Wednesday page.
Our hope is that these individuals aren’t seen as a just performing their job, but more as an individual who cares for their city and loves their job. Get to know your city service workers and say thanks to our everyday heroes behind the service!
