To establish water or sewer service with the City of Kingsport, you will need to contact Customer Service.

Hours & Location
Normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are located in City Hall at 415 Broad Street, Kingsport.
Billing
All meters are read and billed each month. Bills are processed five (5) times per month based on location. Different areas receive their utility bills at different times of the month and have different due dates. Your utility bill should include an addressed envelope for your convenience when mailing your payment.
Below are ways your utility bill may be paid:
- City Hall
- Night deposit box (second drive-thru lane at City Hall)
- Payment kiosk (first drive-thru lane at City Hall)
- Auto bank draft
