Board of Zoning Appeals

Board of Zoning: Regular Meetings are held on the 1^st Thursday of the month in the 3^rd floor Montgomery-Watterson Boardroom at City Hall. Meetings are at 12:00 Noon.  Time, place, and date are subject to change depending on cases. Notice of Change will be given. You can confirm by calling the office at (423) 229-9485.

Application Fee: There is an application fee of $100.00 that must be made at the time of the application is submitted. Also, a technology fee of $7.00 will be applied to all projects

Deadline: All items/applications to be considered by Board of Zoning Appeals need to be submitted by the 15^th of the month, prior to the meeting at which the item will be heard.
