Board of Zoning Appeals

Regular Meetings:

The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on the 1^st Thursday of each month at 12:00 PM in the Montgomery- Watterson Boardroom on the 3^rd floor of City Hall. Please note that the time, date, or location may change depending on the cases being considered. Any changes will be announced in advance. You can confirm meeting details by calling the office at (423) 229-9485.

Application Fee:

There is a $100.00 application fee due at the time the application is submitted. Additionally, a $7.00 technology fee will be applied to all projects.

Submission Deadline:

All items or applications for consideration by the Board of Zoning Appeals must be submitted by the 15^th of the month prior to the meeting at which the item will be heard.
