• Hyper-Reach: Residents and people who work in Kingsport are encouraged to enroll either by calling or texting “Alert” to (423) 390-0272 or by going to the website http://hyper-reach.com/tnsullivansignup.html. For more information on this system click here.
• Social Media: the city utilizes the Kingsport Alerts Facebook page to post alerts and updates on things regarding water, streets, closures and more.
• Website: the city updates it’s website with important information either through website pop-ups or on the News tab of the site.
• Local News Outlets: the city sends all press releases to a variety of news outlets including television, radio, and print (newspaper).
