| Kingsport Police are asking area residents to be on the lookout for a missing/possibly endangered adult.
On March 4, 2014 at approximately 10:00 AM, Tommy Lee Neff, left on foot, of his own free will, from his residence on Lomax Street in Kingsport. Based on some personal information received by law enforcement regarding Mr. Neff, there is some cause for concern for his general welfare. Investigators are asking citizens to keep an eye out for Mr. Neff. Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Mr. Neff or who may be able to provide detectives with any information that may help locate him, is asked to contact the K.P.D.
