he Third Annual KOSBE Breakfast of Champions set for June 30th
This event serves as an annual reunion for all past and current KOSBE Award winners, sponsors and other small businesses to gather together to learn and network. The event is not limited to only KOSBE award winners and sponsors; it is a public event with an open invitation to ALL. Here are four reasons to attend the 3rd Annual Breakfast of Champions:
• Network with past KOSBE Award Winners and Runners Up
• Learn how to achieve a culture of EXCELLENCE in your organization
• Support and engage in the small business community
• Learn how to apply for the 2013 Annual KOSBE Awards
The subject of the presentation is the Tennessee Center for Performing Excellence (TNCPE) Award Program. Modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, the TNCPE Award Program provides an in-depth, low-cost assessment of regional organizations. Organizations that go through an assessment receive detailed feedback that may be used to improve processes and achieve greater results. It’s an effective way to energize employees, sharpen focus, look at your organization from a systems perspective, and earn recognition for your business or organization. All businesses are welcome to apply as the TNCPE Award program is multi-tiered. There are four levels at which an award may be won.
Aundrea Wilcox is a TNCPE Examiner (since 2012) and Dr. Lyle Ailshie is a TNCPE Official Judge (Examiner since 2009). At the 3rd Annual Breakfast of Champions, you will hear their findings, insights, experiences and recommendations regarding the TNCPE Award Program; and learn how YOU can cultivate a “culture of EXCELLENCE” in your organization‚¬â€starting with the understanding that EXCELLENCE equates to sustained success, profitability and growth.
