| Update: The aforementioned person of interest in this news release has been positively identified. She has spoken with Detectives and has been cleared of any criminal wrongdoing.
As previously released: The Kingsport Police Department is requesting citizen assistance in identifying a white female person of interest in connection to an ongoing investigation. An array of photos of this woman has been included in this release. Anyone who can help identify her is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111. | Update #2: Rain “Knowledge” Hall has been located safe. Joshua Erdely and Steven McGovern are still considered missing juveniles.
As previously released: Update: Krysten Atkins has been located safe. Joshua Erdely, Steven McGovern, and Rain “Knowledge” Hall are still considered missing juveniles. As previously released: The Kingsport Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in locating four missing juveniles. These individuals have been reported missing to the Kingsport Police Department over the past few months in completely unrelated cases. It is important to note that foul play is not suspected in any of the four cases. Joshua Erdely is a 16 year old white male juvenile. He is 5 feet 1 inch in height and weighs 100 pounds. He has blondish hair and brown eyes. He was last seen on November 21, 2019. Krysten Atkins is a 16 year old white female juvenile. Her height, weight, hair color, and eye color were not provided. She was last seen on January 14, 2020. Steven McGovern is a 14 year old white male juvenile. He is 5 feet 8 inches in height and weighs 145 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen on January 30, 2020. Rain “Knowledge” Hall is a 14 year old black male juvenile. He is 5 feet 1 inch in height and weighs 100 pounds. He has black hair (styled in dreadlocks) and brown eyes. He was last seen on January 31, 2020. Anyone with any information regarding the current whereabouts of any of these four missing juveniles is asked to contact the K.P.D.
