GENERAL NARRATIVE

UPDATE:

Katelyn Wall and Joshua Burton are safe and have both been located. The Kingsport Police Department asks the public to continue helping us in future cases. Thank you for your assistance in locating the two juveniles.

AS PREVIOUSLY RELEASED:

The Kingsport Police Department is searching for 17-year-old Katelyn Wall and 15-year-old Joshua Burton. Katelyn and Joshua are believed to have left voluntarily from an address on Center Street. Katelyn is a white female last seen wearing a pink hooded sweatshirt, blue sweatpants, and white tennis shoes. Joshua is a white male last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and black and white shoes. Katelyn and Joshua were last seen in the area of SR 36 (Kingsport Highway) and SR 75 (Bobby Hicks Highway) in Gray, TN, on Friday, November 21^st, 2025. Katelyn and Joshua have both been entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as runaway Juveniles.
