| GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
| The Kingsport Police Department and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) are requesting assistance from the public in locating three missing juveniles. These individuals have been reported missing to the Kingsport Police Department over the past few months in completely unrelated cases. It is important to note that foul play is not suspected in any of the three cases.
William Napier is a 15 year old white male juvenile. He is 5 feet 7 inches in height and weighs 150 pounds. He has blonde hair and green eyes. He was last seen on September 20, 2018. She is 5 feet 5 inches in height and weighs 225 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen on December 26, 2018.
