GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
Update: Lee Troupe, who was reported missing to the Kingsport Police Department in October 2019, has been located safe and is no longer considered a missing juvenile.
As previously released: On the afternoon of October 4, 2019, Lee Troupe (16 year old black male juvenile) was reported as missing to the Kingsport Police Department by a family member. Troupe reportedly left his Kingsport residence at approximately 8:00 AM two days earlier and has yet to return home. While foul play is not suspected, due to his minor age and the extended time frame, Detectives are requesting citizen tips to help locate him. Anyone who knows his current whereabouts is asked to contact the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.
