GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
Emmanuel Ray Bear has been located. He is now safe, and is no longer considered a missing juvenile.
As previously released: On the evening of November 9, 2019, Emmanuel Ray Bear (13 year old white male juvenile) was reported as missing to the Kingsport Police Department by a family member. Bear reportedly left his Kingsport residence earlier that evening and has yet to return home. Foul play is not suspected; however, due to his minor age, Detectives are requesting citizen tips to help locate him. Anyone who knows his current whereabouts is asked to contact the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.
