GENERAL NARRATIVE
On September 26th, 2024, at approximately 9:10 am, Alyssa Swoager was reported as a runaway juvenile to the Kingsport Police Department by her mother. She was last seen at her residence on Deland Drive at approximately 11:00 pm, on September 25th, 2024. Alyssa is an Asian female who stands approximately 4’11” tall and weighs 105 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
