Jeanene D. Steadman has been found safe and is no longer considered a missing person.
As previously released: The Kingsport Police Department is asking area residents to help be on the lookout for a 47 year old woman, Jeanene D. Steadman, who was recently reported missing by a family member. She was last seen on the evening of July 6th in the 400 block of Eastley Court in Kingsport. While the Kingsport Police Department has no reason to suspect foul play in this case, due to Ms. Steadman’s medical history and other personal factors, her family is concerned, and Detectives are making every possible effort to locate her. A photo and description have been included in this release. Anyone who sees her, or who may know her current whereabouts, is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.
