Kingsport Public Library’s Final Lunchtime Concert Features Beth Snapp, Jason Crawford
Join Kingsport Public Library and the Friends of the Kingsport Public Library for the final Friday Lunchtime Live Concert in Glen Bruce Park on Friday, July 30 at noon.
The show features Beth Snapp and Jason Crawford. Bring a lawn chair, grab some lunch from Fork in the Road food truck and settle in to enjoy the music in Glen Bruce Park.
Singer-songwriter Beth Snapp might be considered pop-infused roots, but her appeal has little to do with the box of a genre. It’s a connection. She flits around and between folk, bluegrass, pop, early R&B and jazz to create a unique sound with one purpose – to serve a story. Beth highlights the complex emotions that fall on every day moments, and reels the listener in with an “I’ve been there before” kind of sensation. Regardless of style, Beth hovers where modern meets tradition, to create an experience that speaks to the listener. For more information contact Beth Snapp, contact@bethsnapp.com.
“Friday Lunchtime Live has been a wonderful way to share the music of local performers with the community,” said Chris Markley. Kingsport Public Library Manager. “The response has been amazing! We are planning to offer Friday Lunchtime Live Concerts again next summer.”
