GENERAL NARRATIVE
UPDATE:
Braylynn Gilbert and Isabella Bradford were both found safe. The Kingsport Police Department thanks the public for their assistance in locating the missing juveniles. All four juveniles have now been located.
AS PREVIOUSLY RELEASED:
The Kingsport Police Department is searching for four (4) juveniles who are believed to have left voluntarily from an address on New Beason Well Road. The names and descriptions are as follows:
- Seventeen-year-old (17) Braylynn Gilbert is originally from Dandridge, Tennessee. Braylynn is a white female with brown hair and brown eyes; she is about 5’5″ tall and 140 pounds.
- Seventeen-year-old (17) Isabella Bradford is originally from Knoxville, Tennessee. Isabella is a white female with brown hair and brown eyes; she is about 5’6″ tall and 230 pounds.
- Seventeen-year-old (17) Layla Parson is originally from Nunley, Tennessee. Layla is a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes; she is about 5’6″ tall and 193 pounds.
- Sixteen-year-old (16) Lila Kilby is originally from Harriman, Tennessee. Lila is a white female with brown hair and blue eyes; she is about 5’6″ tall and 150 pounds.
All four have been entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as runaway juveniles.
