SUBJECT: Traffic Advisory-Serious Crash

GENERAL NARRATIVE
The Kingsport Police Department is on scene investigating a serious crash that occurred on John B. Dennis Hwy. near Wohlford Pl. The roadway between John B. Dennis Hwy. and Lincoln St.(southbound) is blocked. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area and seek an alternate route for the next few hours.
