Update:
Joseph Allen Brickey has been found safe and is no longer considered a missing person.
As previously released:
On October 24th, 2024, at approximately 7:45 am, Joseph Allen Brickey II was reported to the Kingsport Police Department as a missing person by his daughter. Brickey was last seen on October 21st, 2024, and is believed to be traveling in 2018 silver Nissan Frontier, Virginia License plate #TXW7238.
Brickey is a 55-year-old white male who stands approximately 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 220 pounds. Brickey has brown hair and blue eyes.
