Kingsport Parks and Recreation hosting Golden Retriever Meet Up

Golden Retrievers are an amazing breed that can make a wonderful family pet. These enthusiastic dogs have an unmatched friendliness about them, are eager to please and can be great around other dogs.

What better way to reward your Golden Retriever than to have an event just for them.

Kingsport Parks and Recreation is hosting its first-ever Golden Retriever Meet Up at the Kingsport Barking Lot (124 Cherokee Street) on October 19 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

“Whether your pup loves to run, make new friends or simply soak up attention, this event is the perfect opportunity to connect with other Golden Retriever owners in a fun and welcoming environment,” said Program Administrator Erin Larkin.
