Kingsport Police Department Detectives are investigating a series of incidents involving an individual who was exposing their genitals to other motorists driving near the 1900-2000 block of North Eastman Road and the 1600-1700 block of East Stone Drive on Saturday, April the 19^th, 2025 around approximately 6:00 PM. Several victims of this incident have already come forward and cooperated in the investigation.
