UPDATE: Stevie Stacy has been located and is safe. The Kingsport Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating Stevie.
AS PREVIOUSLY RELEASED:
The Kingsport Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing adult. Stevie Stacy is a thirty-nine (39) year-old white male, approximately 5’09”, 170lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. Stevie last spoke with family on Sunday, October 5th, 2025. Stevie was last seen by a friend between Tuesday, October 7th, and Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, near Wilcox Drive and Riverport Road. Stevie has been entered into NCIC as a missing adult. If anyone has any information on his whereabouts, we ask that they contact Kingsport Central Dispatch at (423) 246-9111 or our Criminal Investigation Division at (423) 229-9429 immediately.
