GENERAL NARRATIVE
The Kingsport Police Department is searching for 36-year-old, Alvaro Arias Munguia. Alvaro is believed to have last been around the Red Roof Inn in Kingsport, Tennessee. Alvaro is a Hispanic male, with a height of approximately 5’7″ and weight of roughly 190 pounds. Alvaro has been entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as a missing person.
