GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
On June 29, 2020 a man reported his debit card lost to the Kingsport Police Department. Before he realized that it was lost, an unidentified white male suspect found the card and used it to make multiple fraudulent transactions at seven area businesses.
The suspect was captured on surveillance video while making one of the fraudulent purchases. A photo of the suspect taken from that footage has been included in this release. A clip of the actual footage has also been made available for viewing on the K.P.D. YouTube channel via the link below: Anyone who recognizes him is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D.
