GENERAL NARRATIVE

Payton Begley (15 year old female) has been reported as a Runaway Juvenile to the Kingsport Police Department and has been entered into the NCIC database.  Payton was last seen on June 11^th, 2024 in Kingsport, TN. She is believed to have left on her own accord and has been communicating with family on social media.  Payton has a medical condition and has been without her medication.  For this reason, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered Child Alert regarding Payton.  Investigators are actively pursuing leads to locate her. 

Payton is 5’4″ tall and weighs 135 lbs.  She has brown hair and brown eyes.
