GENERAL NARRATIVE
KPD is searching for 16 year old Cloe Romine. Cloe is believed to have left voluntarily from her residence and is thought to be somewhere in the Kingsport area. She is a white female, 5′ 7″ tall, weighs 165 pounds, blonde hair. Cloe was last seen wearing black leggings, a blue hoodie with “Mitchell” written on it, and black and pink shoes. Cloe has been entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as a Runaway Juvenile.
