GENERAL NARRATIVE
On November 19th, 2024, at approximately 7:30 am, Yessica Lopez was reported to the Kingsport Police Department as a runaway juvenile by her family. Yessica was last seen on November 17th, 2024, at approximately 2:00 pm, on Riverside Avenue.
Yessica is described as a 16-year-old white female who stands approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
