SUBJECT: KPD Asking For Help In Locating Runaway Juvenile

GENERAL NARRATIVE

On August 11^th, 2024, at approximately 6:20 pm, Rylan Bledsoe (age 13 of Kingsport) was reported to the Kingsport Police Department as a runaway juvenile by his guardian. Bledsoe stands approximately 5’10” tall, weighs approximately 172 pounds, has blue eyes, and brown hair. He was last seen in the area of Dunbar Street, Kingsport, TN wearing a black t-shirt and black shorts.
