SUBJECT: | Kingsport Police Release Surveillance Video in Attempt to Identify Auto Burglary Suspect | ||

GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
On September 5, 2020 at approximately 9:15 PM, nearly $6,000 in personal property (power tools, fishing gear, and clothing) was stolen from where it had been left unsecured in the bed of a pickup truck that was parked in the parking lot of Walmart, located at 3200 Fort Henry Drive in Kingsport.
Surveillance video captured footage of a white male suspect believed to be responsible for the crime. He was traveling in a white Ford Expedition sport utility vehicle, that was driven by a white female accomplice. Photos taken from that footage have been include in this release, while a clip of the actual video has also been made available for viewing on the K.P.D. YouTube channel via the link below: Anyone who recognizes either individual or their vehicle is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D.
