| GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
| On September 15, 2019, Samantha Michelle Garcia, was reported as a missing juvenile to the Kingsport Police Department. While foul play is not suspected, based on her minor age and other factors relayed to Officers, there is reason to be concerned for her overall safety and well-being.
Samantha is a 14 year old Hispanic female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 117 pounds, and was last seen wearing a purple hooded sweatshirt and black pants with ripped knees. An array of recent photos has been included in this release. Anyone who sees her is asked to make every possible effort to keep her in sight and contact the K.P.D.
