| GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
| On the evening of February 22, 2020 two 16 year old girls, Krysten M. Atkins and Stephanie D. Ingram, were reported as missing juveniles to the Kingsport Police Department. They were last seen walking in the 400 block of New Beason Well Road in Kingsport.
While foul play is not suspected in their initial disappearance, during the course of the investigation, Detectives have received credible information to lead them to believe that at least one of these girls may be in the company of a known fugitive, Roberto M. Horton (33 years of age), who is currently wanted by K.P.D. and other surrounding agencies on multiple charges to include at least one felony offense. Anyone who sees any of these three individuals, or who may know their current whereabouts, is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D.
