| GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
| Kingsport Police Detectives are investigating burglaries to two Kingsport automobile dealerships. On the morning of August 14, 2020 Chantz Scott Kia, located at 929 East Stone Drive, and Rick Hill Imports, located at 865 East Stone Drive, both reported burglaries that had occurred during the previous overnight hours.
While nothing appears to have been stolen at either location, both dealerships sustained significant damage at the respective points of entry and both were heavily ransacked. Video surveillance footage at one of the dealerships showed what appears to be two male suspects. One suspect was wearing a dark jacket with the hood up and dark pants. The second suspect appears to be a white male with blonde hair, wearing a camouflage jacket with the hood up, a brown face mask, brown gloves, blue/gray cargo pants, and dark boots. The second suspect is shown in a photograph that is included with this release. Anyone who recognizes him, or who may have any additional information that may assist with this investigation, is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D.
