||
GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
On May 31, 2020 at approximately 5:15 AM burglars struck two neighboring Kingsport restaurants, Sloopy’s, located at 819 North Eastman Road, and Braeden’s, located at 823 North Eastman Road. Both locations were ransacked. Nothing appears to have been stolen from Sloopy’s; however, a significant amount of cash was stolen from Braeden’s.
Surveillance video footage showed what appeared to be two white male suspects dressed in all dark-colored clothing, with hoods, face masks, and gloves. A picture of one of the suspects, taken from that footage has been included in this release. Note that while his clothing appears to be white in this particular photo, it was in fact dark in color as previously indicated.
