SUBJECT: | Detectives Attempting to Identify Felony Shoplifter Who Stole Three Mixers and a Hoverboard | ||

GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
On February 16, 2019 at approximately 9:45 AM, a white male suspect feloniously shoplifted over $1,000 in merchandise from Walmart, located at 3200 Fort Henry Drive in Kingsport. The stolen goods include three (3) KitchenAid mixers and a Hoverboard self-balancing scooter.
The unidentified suspect placed the items in a shopping cart, pushed the cart past all points of sale, and exited the store with no attempt to pay for any of them. He then loaded the items into what appeared to be a white full-size Chevrolet pickup truck and left the scene. Photographs of the suspect and his vehicle, taken from Walmart surveillance footage, have been included in this release.
