GENERAL NARRATIVE
The Kingsport Police Department is searching for 13-year-old Iszak Rosenbaum, who is believed to have left voluntarily from an address on Charles Street. Iszak is about 5’02” tall and weighs 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing red sweatpants, a black or white tee shirt, and Jordan slides. Iszak has been entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as a runaway juvenile.
