GENERAL NARRATIVE
RERELEASE:
The Kingsport Police Department is still searching for Timothy Oneil and seeking any information that could assist in locating him.
AS PREVIOUSLY RELEASED:
The Kingsport Police Department is searching for 16-year-old Timothy Oneil, who is believed to have left voluntarily from Dobyns-Bennett High School. Timothy is about 5’5″ tall and weighs 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing ripped black pants, a black hooded sweatshirt, and a purple hat. Timothy has been entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as a runaway juvenile.
