GENERAL NARRATIVE
On Friday, June 12, 2026, the Kingsport Police Department arrested twenty-seven-year-old (27) Gregory Laughlin. Mr. Laughlin has been charged with one (1) count of Aggravated Sexual Battery, one (1) count of Especially Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of Minors, and one (1) count of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
The investigation into this incident is active, ongoing, and involves a juvenile. No further information will be provided at this time.
