Kingsport announces changes and closures for Good Friday

City offices will be closed on Friday, April 3 in recognition of the Good Friday holiday.

Kingsport will not be adjusting garbage or trash/yard waste routes for Good Friday (April 3). Both the garbage routes and the trash/yard waste routes will run on a normal schedule.

The city’s demolition landfill and convenience center (300 Industry Drive) will be open until 12:30 p.m. on April 3. Both facilities will be closed on Saturday, April 4 and reopen on a regular schedule Monday, April 6.
