Brickyard Village Groundbreaking

The partnership of Edens Investments and MF Development (Brickyard TN, LLC) recently executed the Master Developer Agreement for Brickyard Village, a proposed 464-unit residential development in the heart of downtown Kingsport. This project was made possible through the support from the Sullivan County Commission, Kingsport Board of Mayor and Aldermen, and the Kingsport Economic Development Board (KEDB).

Directions: Turn off Industry Drive onto Brickyard Park Drive. Go past the skatepark and through the gate. The tent will be on your left.
