Regular Meeting:
The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on the 1st Thursday of each month. Meetings are held at 12:00 PM in the Montgomery-Watterson Boardroom, on the 3rd floor of City Hall. Meeting details can be confirmed by calling the Planning Department at (423) 229-9485.

Submission Deadline:
All items or applications for consideration by the Board of Zoning Appeals must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the month of the meeting that the item will be heard.
