| A second individual involved in the September 14 fatal traffic crash has died.
In the early morning hours of Tuesday, September 17, 2013, Walter T. Bellamy, died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash. He was 58 years old. Mr. Bellamy was the driver of the Ford Expedition that was struck head on. He was the second individual to pass away as a result of this crash, with the driver of the Acura being pronounced dead at the scene. For additional information, please contact: Ptl. Thomas M.
