On January 18, 2019 at approximately 5:00 PM, three individuals, two black male adults and one white female adult, entered Walmart, located at 3200 Fort Henry Drive in Kingsport. After entering the store, the woman and one of the men went to the customer service station in the sporting goods section of the store.
