| SUBJECT: | One Suspect Identified, Another Suspect Sought, in Theft Investigation | ||

| GENERAL NARRATIVE |
| On October 4, 2014 at approximately 11:00 PM a lady’s purse was stolen while she was dancing at the Eagles Club, located at 926 East Stone Drive in Kingsport. Surveillance video captured two suspects, one a white male and the other a white female, entering the building and later exiting the building with the purse. The purse was recovered at a local fast food restaurant the following day, but the victim’s credit cards had been removed from her purse.
The female suspect has been identified as Patricia A. Graham, and charges are pending. Detectives are still attempting to determine the identity of the male suspect. Photos of the male suspect take from surveillance video are included in this release. In the videos, the suspect is the white male dressed in an untucked long-sleeved button-up shirt and blue jeans who is accompanied by the white female (Patricia Graham) dressed in all black. He can be seen carrying a woman’s purse in the second video as he is leaving. Clips of the video footage have been made available for viewing on the K.P.D. On October 15, 2014, K.P.D. issued a news release requesting assistance from the public in identifying a white female who shoplifted bedding materials from a local Wal-Mart. K.P.D. received over a dozen tips in that incident, positively identifying Ms. Graham as the suspect in question. She has already been charged in that incident.
