| GENERAL NARRATIVE |
| On March 5, 2014, the Kingsport Police Department issued an official news release asking area residents to be on the lookout for Tommy Lee Neff who had been reported missing the day before. A link to this earlier release can be found below:
On March 31, 2014 at approximately 1:00 PM, the deceased body of Mr. Neff was located in the immediate area of his residence on Lomax Street in Kingsport. Due to the nature of the ongoing investigation and out of respect for Mr. Neff’s family, no additional information will be released at this time. |
