| GENERAL NARRATIVE |
| K.P.D. Detectives are investigating a September 2014 motor vehicle theft from a Kingsport parking lot. During the investigation, the included photo of a suspect in the case was acquired. Detectives are requesting assistance from the public in learning his identity.
While normally more details regarding the incident would be included, in this particular case further information is being purposely withheld so as not to jeopardize the investigation. Anyone who recognizes this individual is asked to contact the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.
