Kingsport’s Circle Gallery spotlight – Ronnie Luttrell
Kingsport Cultural Arts is pleased to announce the latest exhibiting artist at The Circle Gallery – Ronnie Luttrell.
The Circle Gallery is located on the first floor of Kingsport City Hall (415 Broad Street) and Luttrell’s exhibit will be on display until May 28. The Circle Gallery was brought to you by Kingsport Cultural Arts.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Luttrell is a self-taught artist from Greeneville who draws his artistic influences from Western artists and the old masters. His paintings reflect his ideas and values and mainly feature Western, wildlife and Biblical subjects.
After a 35-year hiatus from painting, Luttrell built a studio following retirement and resumed his love of painting. The Circle Gallery exhibit will feature some of the paintings Luttrell has completed over the past seven years.
“I paint for the enjoyment it brings me and am thankful to God for giving me this ability and the freedom I have to spend these many, enjoyable hours in the quiet of my studio,” Luttrell said. “As you view my work, please time your time, look closely at the details and follow my brush strokes. Although I title all of my paintings, I leave the final interpretation up to you, the viewer, to decide.”
