To celebrate Valentine’s Day, Bays Mountain Park will offer a fun-filled Partner Yoga class. Feel free to bring your spouse, significant other, daughter/son or a good friend, and join us for a unique class designed to provide opportunities to enhance communication while practicing yoga. At the same time, enjoy challenging your body in active poses that build strength through concentric, eccentric and isometric muscle contractions. Balance and flexibility will also be emphasized. This class will end with a relaxation and meditative section. Please bring your own yoga mat and water and wear exercise clothing. Cost is $6 per person. Registration is limited, so please sign up soon.
This program is provided by the Bays Mountain Park Association. All proceeds benefit the Bays Mountain Park Association.
