Enjoy St. Patrick’s Day by participating in a Bays Mountain Yoga Hike while wearing green! (Note: wearing green is optional). This hike features a 2-mile, out and back portion of

Enjoy St. Patrick’s Day by participating in a Bays Mountain Yoga Hike while wearing green! (Note: wearing green is optional). This hike features a 2-mile, out and back portion of Bays Mountain Trails that will take approximately 70 minutes, yoga included. Various stops along the way are utilized to teach standing yoga poses that will challenge and develop your strength, flexibility and balance. Isometric core work will be emphasized while hiking. Cost is $6 per person and all levels are welcome. Please wear exercise clothing and plan to meet outside the Nature Center. Registration is limited, so please sign up soon.
This program is provided by the Bays Mountain Park Association. All proceeds benefit the Bays Mountain Park Association.
