The advantage of a barre class is muscle endurance. Muscles in major muscle groups are targeted via small movements. Inspired by elements of ballet, yoga and Pilates, it is a workout technique designed to strengthen your body differently. This class will feature barre exercises as well as standing yoga poses that will take place while on the barge. No mats are required. Registration is limited, so please sign up soon. We look forward to seeing you for this new class!
Note: The barge leaves promptly at 10 a.m., so we suggest being on board 10 minutes early.

ConnectKingsport is the app for everything Kingsport! From potholes and damaged street signs to other local issues that need attention, ConnectKingsport makes reporting an issue easier than ever. This app uses GPS to recognize your location and gives you a menu of common quality-of-life conditions to select from. The app also allows you to upload pictures or videos to accompany your request. Residents can track the status of reports they or other members of the community have submitted until the issue is resolved.
